Ordering

Orders can be fulfilled with Leslie Ceramics Supply via phone, fax or email with phone or fax being the preferred methods.  (We do not advise emailing us your credit card number for security purposes.)

When ordering, please be prepared to supply us with a billing and shipping address, contact telephone number, credit card number including expiration date and security code and with product names, numbers, quantities and sizes.  Please specify whether the shipping address is residential or commercial.

We accept payment via Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express.  For school and Net 30 account orders, please supply your Purchase Order number or billing information.  Open Purchase Orders can be faxed to us prior to acquisition as Leslie Ceramics Supply can keep track of your spending throughout the school year.

We are happy to assist our customers with special orders of items that we do not typically stock; however, we require pre-payment with a credit card prior to procurement.

We ship all orders via UPS ground (UPS Next Day, Two Day and Three Day shipping is also available with extra charges).  Any large freight orders will be shipped by the most economical means.  Bay Area freight orders will be delivered via our Leslie’s delivery service.
